Лицензионное соглашение (EULA)

Внимательно прочитайте данное соглашение перед использованием программы.
1. Общие положения
QuickRAMDisk («Программа») разработана QuickRAMDisk Team («Правообладатель»). Устанавливая или используя Программу, вы («Пользователь») принимаете условия данного Лицензионного соглашения.
2. Предоставление лицензии
2.1. QuickRAMDisk Free — бесплатная версия для личного некоммерческого использования (до 2 дисков одновременно, до 4 ГБ каждый).
2.2. QuickRAMDisk Pro — платная лицензия для личного некоммерческого использования одним пользователем на его компьютерах (до 3 компьютеров) без ограничений Free-версии по количеству и размеру дисков.
2.3. QuickRAMDisk Enterprise — платная лицензия для организаций и индивидуальных предпринимателей, разрешающая коммерческое использование. Количество рабочих мест и условия поддержки определяются заказом или договором с Правообладателем.
2.4. Коммерческим использованием считается использование Программы в деятельности организации или индивидуального предпринимателя, в том числе на рабочих компьютерах, серверах и сборочных агентах, а также при оказании услуг третьим лицам.
2.5. Лицензия является непередаваемой и неисключительной.
3. Ограничения
Пользователю запрещается:
- выполнять реверс-инжиниринг, декомпиляцию или дизассемблирование Программы;
- распространять модифицированные версии Программы;
- использовать Free- и Pro-версии в коммерческих целях (для этого предназначена лицензия Enterprise);
- передавать лицензионный ключ третьим лицам;
- обходить ограничения Free-версии или условия приобретённой лицензии.
4. Отказ от гарантий
Программа предоставляется «как есть» (AS IS), без каких-либо гарантий. Правообладатель не несёт ответственности за потерю данных.
Внимание: RAM-диски теряют всё содержимое при отключении питания, перезагрузке компьютера или удалении диска.
5. Сторонние компоненты
Программа использует ImDisk Toolkit (MIT License, автор: Olof Lagerkvist). Полный текст лицензии MIT доступен в файле Drivers\ImDisk\LICENSE.txt.
6. Конфиденциальность
Программа не собирает персональные данные по умолчанию. Подробнее: https://quickramdisk.pro/privacy.html
7. Обновления
Программа может проверять наличие обновлений через интернет. Некоторые обновления могут быть обязательными для продолжения работы.
8. Прекращение действия
Соглашение прекращает действие при удалении Программы или нарушении его условий Пользователем.

1. General
QuickRAMDisk (the “Software”) is developed by QuickRAMDisk Team (the “Right Holder”). By installing or using the Software, you (the “User”) accept the terms of this License Agreement.
2. License Grant
2.1. QuickRAMDisk Free is a free version for personal non-commercial use (up to 2 disks at a time, up to 4 GB each).
2.2. QuickRAMDisk Pro is a paid license for personal non-commercial use by one user on that user's computers (up to 3 computers), without the Free version's limits on the number and size of disks.
2.3. QuickRAMDisk Enterprise is a paid license for organizations and sole proprietors that permits commercial use. The number of seats and the support terms are set by the order or contract with the Right Holder.
2.4. Commercial use means using the Software in the activities of an organization or a sole proprietor, including on work computers, servers and build agents, and when providing services to third parties.
2.5. The license is non-transferable and non-exclusive.
3. Restrictions
The User may not:
- reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software;
- distribute modified versions of the Software;
- use the Free and Pro versions for commercial purposes (the Enterprise license is intended for that);
- transfer the license key to third parties;
- circumvent the limitations of the Free version or the terms of a purchased license.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. The Right Holder is not liable for any loss of data.
Warning: RAM disks lose all their contents on power loss, computer restart or disk removal.
5. Third-Party Components
The Software uses ImDisk Toolkit (MIT License, author: Olof Lagerkvist). The full text of the MIT License is available in the Drivers\ImDisk\LICENSE.txt file.
6. Privacy
The Software does not collect personal data by default. More information: https://quickramdisk.pro/en/privacy.html
7. Updates
The Software may check for updates over the Internet. Some updates may be required to continue using the Software.
8. Termination
This Agreement terminates when the Software is uninstalled or if the User violates its terms.
